Hi, I’m Loren. My mission is to help you heal, reclaim your power, and create a life you love—through yoga, coaching, and design.

My Journey: From Yoga Student to Entrepreneur

I attribute where I am today to the moment I began a consistent yoga practice in 2009. At the time, I was navigating a challenging period in my life, and yoga became my anchor. The more I showed up on my mat, the more supported and empowered I felt.

Inspired by the profound impact yoga had on my life, I became a certified yoga instructor in 2010 and have been teaching ever since. Today, I hold the E-RYT 500 and YACEP credentials and lead classes, retreats, and teacher trainings rooted in community, empowerment, and self-discovery. Yoga has not only provided me with the tools to navigate life with ease but has also guided me toward my greater purpose: helping people step into their most aligned, authentic selves.

Building a Business Rooted in Purpose

In 2015, I expanded my passion for creativity and entrepreneurship by launching Level Up with Loren—a design studio dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs, business owners, and creatives with branding, web design, content creation, and copywriting. Through this work, I help people bring their ideas to life in a way that feels both intentional and impactful.

My love for yoga also led me to create The Studio, a community-driven yoga space that I opened in Fort Worth in 2020. Designed to inspire healing, growth, and connection, The Studio has since expanded to a second location in Pantego, TX. While I now focus on my broader work with Practice with Loren, I continue to manage The Studio's digital experience and brand presence.

Coaching & Guiding Others Toward Growth

Recognizing the deep connection between personal transformation and business growth, I became a certified life coach in 2022. Today, I work with individuals through private coaching, helping them design a life and business aligned with their values and strengths.

Through my work—whether in yoga, coaching, or design—my goal remains the same: to help you cultivate confidence, clarity, and a sense of purpose in everything you do.
